GBOYEGA FATIMILEHIN – Non-Executive Director
Mr Gboyega Fatimilehin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the then University of Ife (now known as Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1979. Mr Fatimilehin is a member of several professional associations including: The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), The Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), The Institute of Directors – London, The Institute of Directors – Nigeria and he is a Senior Certified Valuer (SCV) of the International Real Estate Institute, U.S.A.
Mr Fatimilehin is a renowned Estate Surveyor and has over 30 years experience in the real estate sector covering estate survey and valuation, property development, facility management, real estate investments in Nigeria and the international markets. He is the co-founding partner of Diya, Fatimilehin & Co, the leading real estate firm in Nigeria.
Mr Fatimilehin also serves as a member of the board of several other companies including as Executive Vice Chairman of Locke International
Consultancy Limited (Procurement & Management), Chairman Locke Homes Limited (Developers & Marketers) and Chairman Home Lottery Limited.
He is a pioneer member of the board.
ADEBISI ADEBUTU – Non-Executive Director
Adebisi Adebutu is a serial entrepreneur, portfolio investor, a good deed doer with more than a passing interest in creative engineering solutions.
He started his career with the family owned business in 1990 as business development officer where he rose to become the Executive Director, Operations and Business Development. As the Executive Director, he led the implementation of several initiatives which grew the company to a multi-billion naira operation. Some of these initiatives include the automation of the company’s operation through the implementation of a robust IT infrastructure as well as the successful negotiation and implementation of a technical partnership agreement with an European based group. He also strategically grew the investment portfolio of the business to include complementary business concerns in the hospitality, print and information technology sectors.
In 2001, Adebisi founded Biswal Limited, a telecom support service provider and through innovative, keen business strategy and aggressive business tactics. He led the growth of Biswal to become a major telecoms support service provider in West Africa. He has also led strategic investments and turnaround of various business interests in the telecommunication and infrastructure sector. He serves as a director on the board of several companies including Arbico plc, AA Entertainment Limited (the concessionaires of Park Inn By Rezidor Hotel Abeokuta), Premier Lotto Limited, Accat Limited, Afriprint Technologies Limited and Swift Talk Limited.
He is an alumnus of the University of Swansea, United Kingdom and also alumnus of Insead Business School. He was appointed as Director in May, 2015.
EYO ASUQUO – Managing Director/CEO
Eyo Asuquo graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He obtained a Masters of Science in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School London in 2004.
He started his career with Arthur Anderson (now KPMG Professional Services) in 1996 where he led several project initiatives in Strategy & Change, Business Process Re-engineering and Financial Advisory. At Arthur Anderson, he acquired significant business management experience across several sectors including oil & gas, financial services, telecommunication and infrastructure. He later joined UBA Plc where he had overall responsibility for crafting and executing major business development initiatives including bancassurance development (for the group’s insurance subsidiary), international banking initiatives for Nigerians in the diaspora as well as a comprehensive international expansion/growth strategy in which he obtained greenfield banking license in key markets within sub-sahara Africa.
In 2007, he joined Resort International Limited as the Group Investment Manager and led the team to raise capital for the several infrastructure projects including airport terminal, internationally branded hotel assets and real estate developments. He also led the acquisition of a major Engineering company in the oil & gas sector.
He has also led major business turnaround initiatives in the telecommunication, hospitality and construction sectors and prior to his appointment he served as a member of the Board of Directors in several companies. Eyo Asuquo was appointed Managing Director/CEO in May 2015.
